Gform Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Zoomob Limited ("Zoomob", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Gform (the "App"). Gform is a client application that lets users access and manage their own Google Forms and related Google Drive and Google Sheets content.

1. Information Gform accesses

When you choose "Sign in with Google", Google may provide Gform with your name, email address, profile picture, and a Google OAuth access token. With your consent, Gform may also access:

  • Google Forms content, structure, settings, and responses;
  • Google Drive files and metadata needed to find, create, edit, share, or move Google Forms and related files to trash;
  • Google Sheets spreadsheets used as response destinations; and
  • Images or other media you choose to upload to forms.

The permissions shown on Google's consent screen control the data Gform can access. You may decline the permissions, but features that depend on them will not work.

2. How we use information

Gform uses Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that you request, including displaying your forms, creating and editing forms and questions, reading responses, managing form settings, linking response spreadsheets, uploading selected media, sharing forms, and moving forms to trash.

Gform does not use Google user data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or creating advertising profiles. We do not sell Google user data or transfer it to data brokers or advertising platforms.

3. Data processing and storage

Gform communicates directly with Google APIs over encrypted HTTPS connections. Requests may also be processed by a Google Apps Script API executable linked to the same Google Cloud project and acting under the permissions you grant. Your Google content remains stored in your Google Account and is subject to Google's terms and privacy practices.

Zoomob does not operate a separate server database that stores copies of your Google Forms, responses, Drive files, or Sheets data. The App may temporarily hold form data, images, and OAuth access tokens in device memory while it is running. Google Sign-In may retain authentication state using platform security mechanisms so that you can remain signed in. The App stores limited preferences, such as your selected language, locally on your device.

4. Sharing and disclosure

Gform sends data to Google only as necessary to authenticate you and perform the Google Forms, Drive, Sheets, and Apps Script actions you request. We do not share Google user data with unrelated third parties, except when required by law, to protect users or the service, or with service providers acting on our instructions and subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

Gform's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data retention, deletion, and revocation

Because Zoomob does not maintain a separate server-side copy of your Google content, retention of forms, responses, files, and spreadsheets is controlled through your Google Account. Actions you take in Gform may modify or delete content in your Google Account; for example, deleting a form through the App moves it to Google Drive trash.

You can sign out in Gform to clear the active App session. You can also review or revoke Gform's access at any time from your Google Account connections. You may delete Google content through Gform or the relevant Google service. To request deletion of any support correspondence or other personal information that Zoomob may hold, contact us using the details below.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including OAuth authorization and encrypted network connections, to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and Google Account credentials secure and notify us if you believe your information has been compromised.

8. Children's privacy

Gform is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required to manage a Google Account in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information improperly, please contact us.

9. International processing

Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their processing is governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy policies. Zoomob is based in Hong Kong.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to Gform, legal requirements, or our data practices. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. If a change materially expands our use of Google user data, we will provide notice and obtain consent where required before applying the new use.
